If you’re like me, you’ve been hearing and reading the myriad articles, blogs, ads, movements, etc., flooding the airwaves and internet in response to the civil unrest taking place throughout the world. The collective emotional reflex after the wrongful death of American, George Floyd. My heart grieves even just reading back that last sentence. Each... Continue Reading →
Perspective!
This morning, with my county's "stay at home" order in place, I was enjoying a few moments of reflection, gazing out my home office window. My winter-weary soul drank in the new, green life budding on everything my eyes touched. New Life Budding The promise of beautiful life yet to come. New Life Promise Then... Continue Reading →
God-Beauty
Dear God-Beauty Beloveds 🙂 I have to tell you, I embarrassed myself this week by going out with a big rat in my hair that I failed to get smoothed out, and then wondered why people were looking at me and almost laughing. Seriously! And nobody bothered to tell me I needed to go comb... Continue Reading →

God is My Bowl of Cream of Wheat
After experiencing my first dry, HOT Nevada summer, I am definitely enjoying this week’s burst of cooler, fall weather – yay! How about you? Waking up to a brisk 49 degrees (and after pulling out my warm, fur lined slippers), I find myself longing for a bowl of hot, satisfying Cream of Wheat! Mmmmm…Rich... Continue Reading →
Light Bulb Moments
Remember the last time you had a light bulb moment, an ah-ha moment, an epiphany? That moment when a thought, an experience, something you just read, or something someone said, becomes an extraordinary, maybe life-changing revelation to you? I had one of those yesterday. It was something very simple, really, but, for me, it was... Continue Reading →
